When will I receive my order?
Our shirts will take 3 working days to complete and about 2 more working days to deliver.
How do I track my order status?
Upon successful purchase, Custlr will send a tracking code to your email once the shirt has been made. You can track the delivery status using the code.
How can I cancel my order?
Upon request, every attempt will be made to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if the order has been processed and the merchandise is in transit the order cannot be cancelled.
How do I return an item?
You can ship the merchandise to the return address. An invoice must be included with the returned merchandise to ensure a refund is properly applied.
How does your A4 Fit algorithm work?
What are the payment methods available?
Custlr uses a third party online payment gateway (Senangpay) for payment. This Payment Gateway accepts payments for online transaction, through credit/debit card or Internet Banking (FPX).
How can I know if my payment was successful?
Upon successful payment, Custlr will send a receipt indicating that payment was successful.
